Shipping & Returns

Always save original packaging for at least seven (7) days after delivery.

From the day your purchase is delivered, you have seven (7) days to decide whether to keep the item(s) or return it in its original condition for a refund, less shipping and a 5% restocking fee. We do not accept returns of special or custom orders.

Contact us at orders@rosestarstudio.com if you wish to initiate a return within this seven (7) day period.

Please note: our returns process does not apply to special or custom orders.

  • All deposits on special and custom orders are non-refundable.
  • Special and custom orders cannot be canceled or returned for refund or replacement once shipped.

Our Returns Process

  • Carefully unpack the piece and retain all packing materials until you have decided you are happy with your purchase during the seven (7) day receipt period.
  • If you decide to return the item(s), please contact us at orders@rosestarstudio.com with name, order details and reason(s) within seven (7) days of receipt. We will email you a confirmation with futher instructions.
  • Customer must ship this return within three (3) days of receiving this confirmation.
  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Repack the item(s) in its original packing materials. If the item(s) is damaged during return shipping due to customer packaging error, no refund or replacement will be issued.
  • A 5% restocking fee applies to all accepted returns.
  • We do not accept item(s)s that have been damaged, altered or worn after delivery.

Do not return the item(s) until you receive our confirmation and further instructions.

If you do not notify us of your intent to return the item(s) within seven (7) days of receipt, or if you do not ship the undamaged item(s) back to us within three (3) days after receiving confirmation instructions, no refunds or replacements will be issued.

Artwork Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt at orders@rosestarstudio.com with photos of damaged item(s) and packaging. Retain all packing materials. We will confirm the damage with our carrier then email you further instructions. Refunds or replacements will not be issued if you attempt to return a damaged item(s) before receiving our confirmation instructions.

Refunds

Refunds for orders which are not special or custom orders will be issued in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days after we receive the returned item(s) in its original condition. You will be credited for the price of the item(s) minus shipping costs plus a 5% restocking fee. You will receive a confirmation email once we receive your return.

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for special or custom orders.

Cancellations

Any order that is not a special or custom order may be cancelled prior to us shipping the item(s) to you. Please contact us to cancel an order before it is shipped to receive an email confirmation from us. After receiving confirmation that your order is canceled, a refund will be issued in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days.

All deposits on special or custom orders are non-refundable and these orders cannot be canceled, returned or replaced once shipped.
